Kenny's Cajun Creole Food Truck

Really wanted to work with this company at an event we were hosting but customer service was incredibly horrible. Totally disrespectful.

First, the food: I ate the BBQ shrimp wrap with fries. It was okay. Calling it BBQ shrimp is misleading. They should rename it to Grilled Shrimp' Secondly, the service: The listed price is $10, but he charged me $11. It is fine if they need to charge for using a credit card, but at least tell the customer! The man who took my order was rude. I was sharing my wrap with a coworker and hoped he could cut the wrap 1/2. When I mentioned that I was sharing with my coworker (that is ALL I said), he immediately interrupted and said, we don't do that I did not even finish my sentence, so how do you know what I want. When my order was ready, he announced Shrimp wrap , so I approached the window, waved my hand in the air, looked him in the eyes, and said That's me He then put it down (inside the food truck) and then proceeded to serve 2 more customers instead of just handing me the food. So strange. The food was mediocre and the man taking orders was really rude, so this is an easy HARD pass. It is ashame since they come to the office every Thursday. My coworker mentioned that she would never return based on previous experience, and now I know why. I hope this wasn't the owner of the food truck, because I would hope that he would know better customer service.

Great burger and great garnelen tacos! great people also! cooked to order and exactly what we need before the sugar bowl.

Order never arrived from GrubHub. Restaurant cancelled it. I was visiting from South Carolina bad experience.

Kenny comes to our office on Monday's, he's always quick, reliable, professional, and delicious. Keep up the great work!
