Burger King #00249 - Harvey

There was not someone who takes my order while passing through. I move to the window, give my order and the employee is on a call with customer service. Maybe it's personal, because it's their system down, but there was no really good customer service here.

That this wrost br on the West Bank's bad customer service will not recommend service go anywhere else?

Terrible. I ordered a speck king with 2 1/4 pfund patties there website says a harder part of thick cut speck looks like 6 full disks I got home it had 3 1/2 piece paper thin speck that the website says goes on the only patty bacon king. people need to get what they pay and there menu and website representation. false advertising. never again. the complaint in customer care. gave him a 1 star rating because there is nothing deeper.

Cold food I have ever received in my life. Why do I have to be pulled out of the drive line to wait at the door when they obviously don't wait for food to cook?

I’ve given this location 3 tries and every time the food is terrible! Never again I’d rather drive a few more miles to find ok food. It use to be good food but the workers now don’t care.
