Domino's Pizza - Hartville

First would like to recognized the manager for her professionalism. This will go down in the books. Bite in my pizza, and found a tooth! I immediately took pizza back with concern. She couldn’t figure out how that could possibly happen. Asked a few questions and would followed up with Corporate. I went home, had a glass of cold water, and wow that hurt. My temporary crown was missing!Talk about feeling super stupid. Called manager, explained, went back for my temporary crown. She was so graceful, didn’t laugh at me, she was first class. All was good!

I do enjoy their gluten free crust pizza. We order here often without issue. But our last order did end up with a bacon ranch tots, having no ranch on it. Fortunately we had ranch at home, but you'd think It'd kinda hard to forgot the ranch on the bacon ranch tots.

I ordered a xl Brooklyn style with pepperoni, they quoted me 35-40 minutes. Hour and a half later I finaly get my pizza, the driver just misdelivered it so they made a new one, didn't offer a refund, didn't offer anything extra... Yeah.

Best employees when not specific they came out and personally hand me my food they treat me like family and it’s awesome keep it up guys and woman lol sincerely Cody

My 2 sons and I love this place. They always get it right and it is never too much. Even if it is delivered. Always worth the wait and the tip I give for delivering the best pizza in Hartville.
