Bojangles - Hartsville

Every time it was a disappointment. This morning was the worst. the cookies were burned, hard and cold. it was like they used a bad charge from the night before.

I wish I could give this a zero. As cliche' as that sounds I wish I could. The less than professional young lady who barely greeted me while trying to maintain 3 different conversations failed at my experience miserably. I was so looking forward to this dining experience since I've been craving it for so long.She messed up my order, I requested white meat she said it'd be some time. I settled for dark. She charged me for a meal I didn't ask for. And, the one I asked for she overcharged me for that instead of ringing it up as I requested. She charged me for each individual thing.And rather than acknowledge me and apologize or rectify the mistake.She turns and says, I don't need to be in drive thru Based on this experience, I'm inclined to agree.She was loud, rude and unprofessional.

I eat Bojangles probably 4 to 5 times a week and have no problems with any other location except for Hartsville. I order three to four sides of eggs with bacon and for some reason they can't get it right. This location has consistently given me the most covered in butter eggs so bad so that it leaks in to the bag and I have to eat it inside the bag in order not to make a mess all over my vehicle. This isn't even the worst part. I am well aware of how much eggs I'm supposed to get when ordering (like I said I order it multiple times a week) and for some reason every time has been about half of what every other location gives me on a consistent basis. In short. You would be better off going somewhere else. V/R Dan

Don’t even waste your time in the drive through. I eat here frequently and EVERY time I go, they mess something up. Just go on in because you are going to have to walk in anyway to fix your order

Pricey. 3 piece dark $6.80 2 miniature legs and a thigh. I really regret not taking a photo. Just know you've been warned
