The Rooster One Thirty Six - Hartsville

My wife is still talking about the pumpkin cake coffee. It was very good. We also had the food that was very good. The Rockabilly Crepes was the highlight of our order. Recommended.

This is a beautiful place for brunch and has a good ambience. Prices are reasonable.

Great staff. Blueberry pancakes were stellar and piping hot from the rust pan! Krepp was delicious, but not hot. Odd that there was no real butter on request, just jumped out. Espresso syrup was good, but strong.

Beautiful, picturesque café we didn't expect. Really delicious food, but more importantly the service was excellent. We came with our two children and our server was attentive, expected things we would need with children, and was simply very pleasant. I wish that was closer than we were there many times.

This establishment has changed ownership since I dined here last, but the food was still tasty and high quality. They have gluten free offerings which is always welcome for me, especially in a small town. I had the power bowl this trip and added grilled chicken. I loved every bite of it! Fresh, filling, and yummy! Service was perfect, not overbearing but I had everything I needed. I was sad to see the bakery case go away. I always left with a few gluten free goodies but it's ok, I'm sure my waistline appreciates it!
