Applebee's Grill - Hartsville

Service was so slow. The manager was in the back poking his head out but not helping and he was dressed like slob (not appealing to diners). The food came out wrong, the fries were cold so they took them back and microwaved them instead of making a fresh batch. The lettuce in the salad was wilted and brown. It took forever to get a refill. My pretzels were so hard I could have hit a baseball. I will never go back.

We ordered the two for 25 dollar special. Appetizer and two entrees. The only entrees that did not cost extra where the garlic toped 6 oz sirloin with two sides. So we ordered two side salads and two 6 oz sirloins, and were told the total was 41.00 dollars! My husband reminded them of the special, and all he was told was that these steaks where under a different category. ?? The manager (knocked off 10 dollars, which still put it at 31 dollars. We told them to keep it. This Applebee's is almost useless to this town, I wish another restaurant would take it over.

Walked in tonight and stood there for five minutes and no one even came to seat me. A young kid asked if I was there for a pickup order and I told him I was waiting to be seated. He said he would get someone and never came back. Employees at the bar ignored me. I don't recommend this place and I walked out.

Applebee's menu requires reading the fine print. A $13.99 lunch turned into a 20.99 dry Salmon lunch. Advertising as a Season Holiday Deal...

First of all we ordered steaks and they failed to tell us they were out of A1 sauce,. What's wrong Wally world is right down the street. steaks came out tasteless and dry. they were not cook right. needless to say, we're very unhappy customers. And for what it cost us, we could've went to Sam Kendalls! Not to mention, the establishment was pretty dirty
