Ihop - Hartsdale

When we ordered our entrees, she kindly suggested some substitutions that would save us money on certain meals. I also noticed that the restaurant was clean and well-maintained, with the bus staff paying great attention to cleanliness. Our waitress and the rest of the staff were also tidy and professional. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere was calm and quiet, with aesthetically pleasing decor—although most IHOPs have a similar look, this one had its own charm. There was a mother dining with her 5-year-old daughter, and our waitress was especially kind and playful with the little girl, making her laugh with sweet conversation. I regret not catching the name of our waitress, as I believe she deserves recognition for her outstanding service. (Next time, I'll be sure to remember! LOL) I truly think anyone who visits this IHOP will have a similarly enjoyable experience. The restroom was clean, and there was plenty of parking, including ramps and entrances for those with disabilities.

We really enjoyed our visit here. It wasn't as crowded as the IHOP about ten minutes away. The menu featured more classic options. Our food was well-prepared and came out without any issues. Parking was available only on the side. We came as a party of four, including two kids, and I definitely want to return here more often than to the other restaurant in the busier area.

The service was excellent, and the restaurant was clean. I ordered the omelette, and I really enjoyed it!

What a great experience. Michelle was the epitome of a conference and professionalism. The received service was not the second. The food, the portions and the speed of the service was brilliant. Great work and definitely way to go. When you visit Hartsdale in New York, you should visit IHOP and visit Michelle and Team. My family and I are completely satisfied and we couldn't ask for more. Michelle is a true representation of all of us best.
