Little Caesars Pizza - Harlingen

Hello! I put an order for a shop on Harrison! (Harlingen Texas) Order number 825. I had so many problems with this special business. Very old pizza was given to me. I'm talking dry! I put an order and called 10 times without answer. Recent(today) 24. January at 2:00, I placed an order. I called several times until I reached someone to break. The employee told me she couldn't refund me or give up my order? That I had to do it online. What was not available to me or I would have done that. She said to pick it up. Again, I told her I canceled it. She continued and I asked T to talk to a manager. She told me she was the manager and I quote, "I told you to pick him up." We went back and forth, I won't pick it up. I need it cancelled and refunded. While I asked questions about how I could handle it, she was hanging on me. I still talked. I called back and she was hanging on me two times! After all, I got an answer and she wouldn't give me a name at all. She was very rude. I told her I knew her name all day. When she finally gave it, she yelled at me. Apparently, she's called Felicia. She hung on me again. I need to do something about this ASAP. If this is how your business is running, it is very sad and unprofessional.

This situation is terrible. Over an hour for a pizza I ordered online. No one in the facility seems to care if you're here. The second and last time I order from here. The last time was a terrible wait, but I thought that was due to the football match. I guess not.

This is my place for fast and delicious pizza. But they really skip the sauce. Can probably get cheese bread for cheaper. Food: 3/5

At the moment 12/31/2022 you ordered a cheese pizza and there are cheeses missing from the center.

Went for a Detroit style pizza and got an uncooked pizza. Dough was not fully cooked. Tried calling and they have the phone off the hook.
