Texas Roadhouse - Harlingen

Ribs were good, very crowded Saturday for dinner , so sat at bar, skinny male bartender had an overwhelming loud voice laugh. Would not sit anywhere near him again

As always all Texas Roadhouses are always packed but this one needs more coordination on how to make room for your guest that are waiting and not all in the entrance and look like a huge cluster F@#K! People that are called in trying to get through and people arriving trying to sign up. Its ridiculous. What was the sence of making that extra room to the left as you enter, open it so people can wait and the entrance be clear or tell them wait in your car till we text you it's time to come in. To plz cooperate and have the entrance clear. The waiting for food is long but that's fine at least it was cooked as I asked and not cold. I was satisfied with the service I cant complain abt my waiter he was very good.

We always enjoy the roadhouse. My favorite steak place. Today went with the in-law and the steaks were cooked correct but took long time to get it. The steaks were not hot just slightly warm. Food probably sat out waiting cause took about 45 minutes to deliver to table. Not a normal visit to the restaurant. Hopefully better next time since has always been great.

We ordered take out and I was very disappointed in the amount of food I received. The potato was supposed to be loaded, but the extras were very skimpy, the potato was nice and big! I ordered steak and shrimp and there were 6 pieces of shrimp and the steak was not much bigger then a deck of cards. My sides were broccoli and applesauce and both were maybe half a cup at most. I should have taken pictures! I will next time! The great rolls they 'used ' to have?? I didn 't get any! I did get a puny roll that was cut in two and grilled! Very disappointed I also ordered cactus blossom! That was awesome, nice and greesy! But I requested ranch dressing but got none!
