Our experience was very good, unlike some of these reviews. The staff, although only a couple of waitresses due to the holiday I suppose, was friendly and efficient. The food was delicious. They were out of soup bowls but that wasn't a big deal. The variety was excellent. The fruit was fresh, as were the mussels. All in all, the experience was completely satisfactory.
I really enjoy buffets, but I won't be returning to this one. The food just didn't taste good at all!
The service was good, but the quality of the food was poor. I found dirty dishes in the clean section, and the soup had a chlorine smell. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.
I look for consistency in the quality of food at restaurants this one is always good
Absolutely terrible experience! Masks are required for customers, but not for the chefs at the Mongolian grill, who, by the way, was sneezing uncontrollably against the wall. The place is in disrepair and has an incredibly strange atmosphere. As soon as we sat down, we were hit by a strong smell reminiscent of a restroom. We later discovered a mop bucket tucked behind our booth. The cashier, who seemed more interested in scrolling through her phone than serving customers, charged us for drinks we never ordered! I could overlook all of this (I’m usually easy to please) if the food had been decent. Unfortunately, it was the worst Chinese food I've ever had! The lo mein was just bland, yellow spaghetti. The beef and broccoli should really be renamed beef jerky and broccoli. The chicken gumbo tasted like it was leftover fried chicken from three days ago that had just been microwaved. My wife had serious doubts about her order from the Mongolian grill (prepared by the sneezing chef without a mask) because it was dry and lacked flavor, and the chicken tasted questionable. And don’t be misled by the broccoli with cream cheese; it was actually mayonnaise! I am just shocked that anyone could find this place appealing. I can't believe it's still in business!
