Normally food and services is on par BUT tonight we ordered pot stickers with a side of steamed rice. Get the order home and the youngster working FORGOT the rice. Wong’s you failed only because the man-child had zero customer service skills and refused a partial refund and refused to call his owner for advice to resolve my order. Forced to leave my name for a “free” side of rice. 1-Star for everything. Next time I’ll order Dominos cause at least their pizza or other food items arrive HOT with zero issues. Lesson learned.
Very rude and unprofessional cashier told me I need to read more when I asked him for help with the payment kiosk. Terrible customer service will not return.
Absolutely awful. Every entree was absolutely disgusting and smelled horrible. These people should be ashamed of how bad the food is. With it smelling as bad as it did, i can only imagine at how fresh the ingredients were.EDIT: I never said I went to lunch there today. While you are reading this, I’d like my $39.99 plus tax and tip back as the DINNER we had was inedible.
Just trash, I got a plate of onions. Im never going back they take your money and pass an unsatisfactory product typical. Yes, it was my first time visiting you, and you know the rest avoid at all
