Taco Bell - Harker Heights

First off it's 4pm Thursday April 11 the people working that day are ridiculous no customer service at all stood inside for 30min at counter not one person asked can I help you and there is like freaking 8 people I will never come here again fix your people before they ruin your business ?

Ordered delivery and the food was not only wrong but DROWNING in sauce. I almost called the Coast Guard to rescue my quesadilla.

They are friendly when taking my order and are very fast to get it ready. Their food always comes in good quality and I am yet to have any poor quality.

1/3 times I visit this location they tend to forget one or two of my food orders, and unfortunately I don't catch it until I'm home and unpacking the bag. However, most times when I return about the missing food, they are respectful and kind and understanding. I always feel bad coming back to get the order correct but they don't treat me badly over it, and provide complimentary coupons occasionally. I just wish I didn't have to remedy an incorrect order so frequently. The food however is always good, good portion sizes, affordable within reason, and they're willing to go above and beyond when there's a mistake. Can't fault em for that.

Harker Heights (2410) Taco Bell is the worst restaurant ever!!!! Staff needs training on how to prepare the food and customer service. No one is professional. Need new management!!! Shame on you. Crunchy Tacos with no meat and no cheese on the shell as advertised!!! Quesadillas with hardly any cheese. WTH????Straight up sucks…. Hot garbage!!! I have given them so many chances throughout the years. But I will drive to Killeen for Taco Bell!!
