Rossler's Blue Cord Barbecue

We hired rosslers blue cord bbq to offer an event for our church and could not have been happier with their incredible eating and service! from their friendly and patient customer service, fair trips and excellent eating we recommend to them to use rosslers for their next event!

Love this family and their bbq. I’ve never been a fan of brisket until I met the Rossler’s. Omg it literally melts in your mouth. I love all the creative ways they incorporate authentic Texas BBQ in their dishes like brisket lasagna. They always have some kind of dessert that should be illegal lol. A few months ago they served the Harker Heights area and the local foster kids an AWESOME s’mores bar. I especially love how this business always gives back to their community. They served free food to about 20 families during “snovid” all the while they didn’t have power for a week themselves. Bottom line their food is so good and worth the price.

Best BBQ in Central Texas hands down. From their brisket, pulled pork, desserts. Every thing they do is awesome. It's awesome that they both will answer any questions you have about how to cook the food they make. Not many pitmasters share their secrets.

Some of the most, moist and well seasoned brisket I have ever had. Ribs were juicy and flavorful. Sides were well seasoned and very balanced from a flavor profile. And, The BANANA Pudding was very delicious. Enjoyable people to talk BBQ with and embrace feedback.

Solid all the way around. Great food. Great people. The classic Texas BBQ homemade desserts are as good as it gets and if you ever get the chance to sample some of the other cuts cooked over live fire, you need to jump at the chance.
