I also requested a 1 lb bag of whole bean coffee, but the employee informed me that they didn't have any in stock. However, when I went inside to exchange my order, I discovered the bag of whole bean coffee right on the shelf. Additionally, the store appeared quite empty and uninviting. I suppose you get what you pay for when it comes to service.
It seems like the staff was out of sorts today. Once again, the entire restaurant had run out of coffee, and we were left waiting while they spent fifteen minutes attending to just one customer. They couldn't even fulfill that customer's request. This place is a joke; Harker Heights doesn't run on Dunkin'—it seems to be fueled by something else entirely.
The customer service here is the worst in town. You might want to consider making some changes before it's too late.
We walked into store, female with hair colored, as we waited another waited to be served saw 2 employees but instead of taking care of guest in store we were asked to wait due to them restocking and cleaning while guest waited. No service ! We waited a few more minutes were counted guest waiting one at window 2 in store. Owners need to retrain their management and help, very few donuts available and dry . Rethink spending your hard earn money. Top donuts is the best but closed , Shipley was fresh , friendly and good
Went through the drive thru at 4:35 only 2 people were working. One was really nice and helpful and the other was really rude. This was our first time coming here and we will not be back!!!!!!
