Bite The Bagel Deli Cafe Harker Heights

Bite the bagel has easily become our Sunday ritual. As a former New Jersey resident, I absolutely love hand made bagels and these hit the spot! My kiddos love their frozen hot chocolate and I love their flavored lattes.

Food was good, service was bad. Waited 20 minutes only for them to call my name. When I asked how long my order had been waiting after seeing no one making food for the last 20 minutes he replied “ about 10 minutes”… I was sitting their the whole time and they didn’t call my order for 10 minutes… love wasting my own time

I have never left a review, but after multiple disappointing interactions with this place, I need to at this point. Poor attitudes from employees, one breakfast sandwich took 15+ minutes, and the quality of the food is inconsistent. I used to love this place, but you can tell the quality is just not what it used to be anymore.

Best bagels in town! Love how nice everyone is and the food always hits the spot!

Waited over 30 mins for a single breakfast sandwich. When I asked about the order the young man was extremely rude and shrugged me off. Definitely shouldn’t have teenagers running a business with no adult supervision.
