It's the only Hallal Nando's in the area as usual always at my expectations delicious you cant leave anything behind apart from the bones.

Mike (Branch Manager) Nando's Restaurant Finsbury Park London, N4 3HB Dear Mike, I am writing to you regarding an incident that occurred on 8/05/2024, during which I consumed food from Nando's via a delivery facilitated by Deliveroo. Regrettably, shortly after consuming the meal, I experienced symptoms consistent with food poisoning. As a loyal patron of Nando's, I am deeply concerned about the quality and safety of the food provided by your establishment that occassion. Furthermore, I believe that Nando's owes a duty of care to its customers, as established in the case of Donoghue v Stevenson (1932). This landmark case exemplifies the principle that a duty of care is owed to consumers to ensure that products, including food, are safe for consumption. Despite the delivery being facilitated by Deliveroo, it is my understanding that Nando's maintains responsibility for the quality and safety of the food served under its brand name. Therefore, I was disappointed by the response received from your team, particularly when you advised me to obtain a GP letter. As a customer lodging a complaint, I expected a more empathetic and proactive approach to addressing my concerns. In accordance with the Food Safety Act 1990 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015, I expect Nando's to fulfill its obligations to ensure the safety and satisfaction of its customers. I kindly request that Nando's takes appropriate action to investigate this matter thoroughly and implement measures to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future. I trust that Nando's will handle this matter with the seriousness and urgency it deserves. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
