Caffe Nero - Haringey

Muswell hill caffe nero is my local and I love it absolutely. I read some of the bad reviews and, after I testify to some typically challenging behavior of a customer today morning, the marta, the manager, treated very professional, feel compelled to offer a...against view. a customer called for coffee that were not on the menu, changed her mind several times, about which milk she wanted, asked the manager to decide for her, was insulted when she said she couldn't and then tried to engage others in the waiting queue to support her cause. marta, the only one in the service, despite this great snake, smiled politely everywhere. Another important factor that this industry has to do with is the large number of people they use as a free office space. the caffe is large, with excellent tables, Wi-Fi and air conditioning that makes it ideal. as a result, many lift the tables for hours, buy nothing, bring their own food and water bottles! I have seen how people openly eat sandwiches that they have brought from home while people come with their families who want to buy and sit, go and go because there are no tables available. I have seen that the staff ask people to buy something, but that was always in a situation where this person has a laptop open that is put into the wall and several papers distributed over the table. they work clearly and buy nothing. if the caffe stays open, they need people to buy food and drinks! it is a beautiful space where my family is always very welcome. I recommend it, but please don't bring her own food!

I stop by when i can for a coffee to take away and have to say service is always nice no matter how busy the baristas are.

Relaxing atmosphere coffee and sandwiches very good. Staff friendly and always cater for my needs. I could sit there all day if I had the time and watch the world go buy so long as I get a street view table.

Yes it's a chain you get what you expect. Staff in this branch are friendly they keep place tidy clean I can recommend the newly opened branch in East Finchley too

Went for breakfast, good service, good coffee, nice comfortable ambience. Central location close to shops. Free wi-fi.
