Sycuan Casino Resort - Harbison Canyon

Great place for a stay, only 21 allowed to do a nice plus is not to do with children and other children. the pool is a place to be. Party headquarters with vegas vibes, but without all reef traffic. everyone is cooled by the personal with a large service. complementary waters are beautiful, as they cannot bring external liquids to the pool deck.

The customer service was top notch very impressed it was our first time staying there parked on second floor and somehow we ended up where valet was a special thank you to David(who I assume was a manager) directed us to where entrance was he did something else which I thought was just awesome he took the time to drive us in a mini cart to the front door of the hotel this person should be awarded forgreat customer service

This last time was okay. The service at the pool was slow, we kept having to track down the server in order to make our minimum for the daybed. They also didn’t have any rings left for people who have a day bed or cabana. It took us 2 plus hours to get rings to use in the pool. Then at Elicit lounge for dinner, we got there at 8:30 and we had changed servers at least once and none of them told me the miso soup was quite spicy. Then they left us for about another 30 mins and we had to flag them down to order more food they didn’t come back to check on us. Then we were told after we got our food it was last call for everything which occurred around 9:30 pm. This place was not packed and I see no reason why we weren’t helped. Then I was trying to get a late checkout today was told to call in the morning. Was on the phone off and on being hung up by the system for an 1 hr. Very disappointed with this stay and lack of service.

I had a great time at the restaurant! It was a bit disappointing to see the employees still wearing masks due to US policy. It seems unnecessary to restrict fresh oxygen and have them breathe in CO2 all day.

I had a wonderful experience at Sycuan Casino. The rooms, casino floors, pool area, and restaurants were all fantastic. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay unforgettable.
