To be honest, this buffet is not as diverse or large as baronas buffet, but if they crab legs as much as I love, this is the buffet to meet! my vater and man love the main rib. as I said, it's about the steamed crab legs and whatever vegetarian, cheesy, marinara pasta they have for the day!

The buffet here is just okay. They used to have better food but I'm guessing the clientele will eat anything. It's too pricey, in my opinion, for the quality.

I wish there a zero star option. This place is nasty. The quality of food here is non-existent. Everything was dry, too salty, or had a nasty bitter taste. This place is empty for a reason. The selection of food is slim. Do yourself a favor, go to another casino. Don't waste your money here. Even if you get in for free after gambling, it's not worth the calories and the stomachache for food that looks and tastes like dog ****!

I remember when the buffet was $10. Things have certainly changed over the years. We use to eat here often, but the new buffet prices have ended that routine. I could be wrong, but I predict this place will go out of business within 18 months. As an alternative, you may want to consider Golden Corral buffet in El Cajon for 1/3 the price and basically the same menu. Reply to message from manager: I really like to play the slots, but not on an empty stomach. We tried to use the 55 Club discount, but after gambling the required amount we did not get the discount as advertised. Never again. On a recent trip to Laughlin, NV, we learned that every casino buffet except one has closed down for lack of business. Unfortunately, I believe Sycuan is headed there. We have started going to Viejas, where on Tuesdays we get the 20% discount plus additional 10% senior discount. And we don't have to gamble on an empty stomach and spend hundreds of dollars trying to get a discount. Sycuan does not come close. Good luck.

We came here today, Sunday, and the price is $36.95 all day, this is also the price for all kids 4 and up. NOT WORTH IT!! My nieces ages 6 and were both charged that price for one plate of food and ice cream. Asked the manager about this ridiculousness and she didn't offer much of an explanation. Guess they don't want kids here on Sundays. Unfortunately, the food here today was also not worth the price. The crab legs were so dry and selection wasn't that great. Their regular weekday lunch menu is so much better. They also didn't have their milkshake maker too. Please make sure you look into prices etc before you go here. Unfortunately it was too late for us. RESPONSE: The key word from Sycuan's response is amazing menu If you think it's fair it wasn't, because the menu was NOT amazing. Thank you for your response but you delaying you raising your prices doesn't mean anything to your customers if the food is sub par. Just because everyone's prices is the same doesn't mean I agree with paying $36.95 for children. So I am posting this review so people don't make the same mistake I made.
