Teddy’s American Grill House - Hanoi

After my first meal here I have to say that it's pretty American. I ordered the pulled pork sandwich on a Brioche back. The taste was excellent, but the 1/4 pound of Cole Slav made it creepy to eat. I can't knock them too much because the presentation was on the spot and a chaotic sandwich is acceptable in the USA. You also have PBR on tap, as well as Dead Guy Ale and a Stone Brewery beer. Also Pasteur Street Brewery. Besides, live music at 7:30 on Friday. What is not to like? The sandwich with frits and a complementary beer was $6.50 $150,000. A deal! I don't think the free beer is common, but the night I went, they offered a free Teddys Pilsner who was worthy.

I stayed at the hotel directly opposite Teddy’s and it was at 6:00 that I entered the restaurant just to realize that I was the only one there. Nevertheless, the employees were super attentive and brought me what I needed quickly. The steak is really good and even with plate art, which also tasted well with beef. Just at 7:30, I saw more people flew in. Good experience!

A little on the pricier side but it IS western food, so that’s 100% to be expected. We didn’t go for the traditional burger but we did get the salads which were fantastic. The service was super friendly, it was really clean, and they had a decent beer selection on tap. The PBR draft was a nice touch. The style was a little funky mixing American Neo Classic and upscale diner, but I liked it enough. It looked like they also had a rooftop but we went during lunch so it was closed.

The taste is good at price; they have 2 different potatoes with sweet and normal potatoes that are recommended to try. Chef should recommend what kind of cook is suitable with different steak to make the dish more ready!

An American style diner that is stylish and clean with excellent service. You serve bread and butter for free while waiting for your meal. We had the pulled pork sandwich and the Veggieburger. Both were amazing and the pommes were perfectly cooked. Very recommended if you long Western food.
