Hong Hoai's - Ha Noi

I had a great experience, Tee was my waiter and was well-versed in gluten-free and dairy free. All the staff seem to understand the importance of cross-contamination, hidden ingredients, etc. I was treated like a welcome guest instead of like a nuisance, that always makes me happy! I would recommend this restaurant to anybody who has celiac disease, or is gluten-free or gluten intolerant. it was wonderful to be able to experience the local cuisine in a safe, comfortable and interesting environment. I am sure I will be back as I am staying here for three more days. They had so many options, I chose the beef pho and papaya salad. I had absolutely no fear eating here, and I am grateful for their gracious accommodation.

Simple and incomprehensible restaurant in the old quarter with very good service and good food. I was served by Kitty and she was very nice and friendly. She explained the food well, taught me how to wrap and prepare the food. She even gave me tips about the places I could check.

One of the best places we were in Hanoi. Loved the Bun Cha! Rabbit, our waiter, was very helpful and recommended dishes and places to visit! I definitely come back!

She was here for a cooking class where Katie taught us how to make an egg coffee. She was very friendly, patient and expert. Answer all my questions regarding coffee making. As one of the best egg coffees in Hanoi! The best part was that we could adapt the coffee to our taste. Certainly recommend taking the cooking classes here.

The staff was super informed about gluten-free. Delicious Vietnamese food! Could even eat the Hanoi spring rolls, would highly recommend!
