Nha Hang Chay Sadhu - Ha Noi

We had high expectations for this restaurant due to its high prices and excellent ratings, but unfortunately we were disappointed. The food and drinks were generally good, with some creative dishes, but overall they were only average. Some of the dishes were not to our taste, leaving us unsatisfied despite the numerous small courses. The service was lacking attention to detail, as the staff rushed to bring out dishes quickly, often all at once. It was not a cozy or romantic dining experience as we had hoped. There were no explanations given at the table about the dishes, how to eat them, or what the sauces were. Our server had limited English skills, making it difficult to communicate and ask questions. Most concerning, despite discussing our dietary restrictions with the server and providing a gluten-free menu in Vietnamese, two dishes were still served with bread cubes. We also had to refuse dishes containing egg and milk, as our server did not understand the concept of veganism.

We paid 268k and were able to order whatever we wanted. My friend and I tried 30 different dishes. The atmosphere was elegant and the staff was friendly and polite. The dining experience was amazing and overall, it was a beautiful experience.

We enjoyed the buffet at this restaurant, which was served on several small plates. There were many delicious dishes that tasted amazing. The interior of the restaurant was also beautifully decorated.

Absolutely amazing food- the best I have tasted in Hanoi! The staff were also attentive and kind, always being helpful and patient when we had a question.
