A must in the city. offers, well married bark meat ironing with ph-Ablue at just the right season, with picked green-pappaya. I've eaten here since the 2000s and I'm glad the court never changed.
There was a language barrier, but the menu is limited. All options seem delicious. The food is served quickly and is delicious. Tiny chairs are suitable even if you are large
The best pho xao (stirfried reisnudel with vegetable and bark slices) I had in the old quarter. it opens up, until late makes a satisfying dinner. is generous in noodles and sweet. there are good wokhei, as the food is served, hot and mouthwater. beef slices are sworn to perfection, keep chic and taste, but also a healthy amount of wood as if they have grilled it. love the vibes sit on the roadside on chairs and tables too small for most adult. reasonable price at 70k per plate.
Must try in Hanoi. For 70k, you get a greasy plate of wok hei-filled pho xao (fried Viet Beef Kway Teow/noodles). Beef was well-marinated and smoky. Cai Xin vegetables are crunchy and well coated. The pho is a tad too soft but binds the whole dish together very well. If you even think about service standards, street food here is not for you. Order, eat and pay, that's it.
