Awesome. Total upgrade over last location. Beautiful converted villa overlooking the water. Fresh breeze blows across water for people sitting outside under the shade of trees. Inside plenty of nooks and crannies to do work/ play board games/ chill. Inside has fans and a/c Of course all the amazing staff, the owner and the crazy selection of whiskeys remain from previous iteration. Will be spending many afternoons here

Great view, Fantastic crew, Cold beer. The Red River Tea Rooms has it all.
