We wanted a change from the usual pork and wurst, and saw many locals dining here. The fish is deep fried and selection is limited, but there are vegetable sides, salads, and portions are generous. Fast service, good value for the money. Nothing fancy but...reliable fare.

We ate here around p.m. Some entrees looked like had been there for awhile; a couple others were being put out fresh as we arrived. Between the entrees and sides both our meals were just lukewarm. OK, but not hot. My coke was chilled...but not cold. When I asked for ice the cashier felt my coke bottle and told me it’s cold, so no ice. So much for customer service. If you like lukewarm food and a cashier deciding the temperature of your soft drink this is the place for you

A pickeled herring sandwich is my normal quick lunch during my business visit to Germany , a good change from the normally heavy food found in other places

It is a fast food restaurant with focus on fish. It taste fresh, not really cheap, but you get what you pay for. It is a good alternativ to burger restaurants.
