Destille - Hannover

I read some good reviews about the place on the internet so gave it a go. It is a lovely rustic old pub but basically for me, that is its only USP:It has a seperate smoking area (a massive plus for us non-smokers), however, the door to the smoking area is always left open so it defeats the object, plus if one wihses to make use of the toilet, you have to walk through the smoke to get to it.The other reason I have marked it down is despite me being one of only two customers in the place I was not asked if I wanted another drink. After 25 minutes of nursing an empty glass I went up to the bar to pay.

Glasses were still greasy, one was still lipstick, eating cold, cutlery was unclean. Not recommended

Ensemble in the north of hannover. suitable for people who do not make themselves for a damaging table and a bit of dust. I compare it with a typical student pub . there are outdoor places, covered in summer, little traffic noise, as the pub is located on a side street. suitable for a beer or other beverages. eating is also offered, the menu is extensive, the prices favorable. but my order of desti burger large with pommes was an absolute fall. the meat completely dry and hard, the bungalow also hard and dry. the pommes a part was probably already a second round in the friteuse, therefore also dry and hard the other part was as they actually want pommes. my pre-placed critique was taken without comment. well, yes, well, the following day I didn't. another visit in the destille will not be with me.

The destille is a beautiful, rustic pub with environment as in the student pubs in the 70s. dark wood and chairs, many pictures on the walls. there is also a smoker area which has a high attractiveness in the now prevailing minus degree. there is a huge menu that is more reduced by TV professionals. the prices are very fair. so cost my good riesencurry with pommes and a sauce béarnaise extra (which was not calculated! 1 tee and a small coca cola flap 8.90. my young had decided to make burger and were disappointed. there were also some people complaining about mental problems. I don't know what this was about. I was not so good for several days, even though I had no burger. I think there was something in the argen. and: there may be people who prefer Hela-Ketchup to the good heinz, but ARO-Mayo is not at all. the rolls had different degrees of hardness: from soft to hard on the edges to too much dry were the originals. the pommes were beautifully saddened and well seasoned to chess for some. I was happy with mine and liked her like that. the male service has made his job, but could also smile and dress fresh clothes. Conclusion: beautiful pub, almost as before, the whole style (is not even pseudo-retro! but for a couple.

The destille is a small but fine bar restaurant in the north city, best to reach via the station christus church. I'm very often there, either just for drinking or just talking to friends. the prices are super, beer of the barrel 0.4 for 2,60 euro! the environment is true, the service performance is always super friendly and laborious! when they starve: highly recommended are the crowded carvings with bratkartoffeln (especially 57a schnitzel hawaii)! all in all a super starting point when they are looking for a good pub!
