Ae's Thai Kitchen Food Truck - Hana

I discovered a wonderful restaurant at the end of the road to Hana! The portions were generous, the Thai dishes were fresh, and the service was quick.

If you are in Maui and visiting Hana, you must try this restaurant. As someone who cooks at home every day and is Asian, I have to commend the chef for their amazing work. After a few hours drive through serene roads, waterfalls, wild ginger plants, and bamboo forests, we arrived in Hana with this food truck already on my list. I ordered the crispy pork belly with papaya salad and steamed rice, while my partner had the green curry pork belly. Both dishes were phenomenal. It was incredibly delicious - some of the best Thai food I have ever had, even compared to when I was in Thailand. The seasoning, flavors, and textures were executed perfectly. Although the portions were large and I couldn't finish my meal, I couldn't stop eating until it was all gone. This meal was the highlight of my trip. Thank you to Hana for the wonderful Thai food and the great memories that will last for many years to come.

The service at this restaurant was excellent! I ordered the drunken noodles with vegetables and they were incredibly delicious. I highly recommend them.

The noodles we had at that Island were the worst we've ever had, and they were priced ridiculously high. Sorry, but they were completely inedible.

I'm sorry, but the drunken noodles at this restaurant were terrible. They had no flavor and didn't taste Thai at all. I was very disappointed, especially considering they cost $17. Also, why did the chicken turn blue? Overall, the service was for take-out and the meal was for dinner, with a price range of $20-30 per person.
