Taco Bell - Hampton

Even though the service has improved a LOT, the food continuously gets nastier. I don't think I'll be buying taco bell at all

Grease made paper wet tore thru my bag. Tacos were so greasy. Meat tasted old. Was not happy. The staff screwed up my order instead of a 3 PC taco combo, I ended up with 6 tacos. my fault for not checking my order before I left). Just drive a little bit further to the one on Mercury Blvd.

Every time I have ordered from this restaurant, they have not only messed up my order, but also have managed to make their food taste so bad that it doesn't even compare to other Taco Bells. Even when I pick up food for delivery, my orders are always wrong. Just recently, someone successfully sued Taco Bell for serving food that didn't match the advertisement. I suggest that this location improves their service as I am very unsatisfied. I will be warning others to avoid this place and contacting corporate.

The manager charged me for a combo when I only ordered tacos and never asked for a combo. She also started making them without my consent. The manager needs to be trained on how to properly treat customers while they are in the restaurant. Employees in all food establishments need retraining to ensure they represent the CEO and company well. They need to get their act together.

I ordered the deluxe dipping taco with extra meat, but was disappointed to find there was hardly any meat at all. They also refused to offer a refund. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place.
