The franchise does not honor the company's promotions. However, the drive-thru experience was comfortable.

I absolutely love the new menu, and the revamped space looks amazing!

The food here is consistently excellent, and the customer service provided by the staff is outstanding. It’s particularly impressive to see young people working here; they are polite, respectful, and truly professional. In many places where young staff are employed, you often encounter playfulness and mistakes with the food, along with rudeness towards customers. However, that’s definitely not the case here.

Horribler customer service. If a life story was required to show up to pick up a sandwich, then you should say that because you were terrible customer service and wasting food when it was paid and an email confirmation was shown. This is ridiculous and unprofessional. When PROOF was so far that it was so that the CORREKT-PERSON puts the thing on its feet. Don't go to this place. They don't deserve to be horrified for the treatment of people when they showed evidence that it was their order. If you are working in fast food then how you enjoy your job and treat your customers with respect and give them the food that was paid. Terrible. Trash. Don't go here.

This subway will not give orders to people who have order email confirmation and have already paid for their food unless they show them the payment method that was used which is stated NO WHERE in the pick up email that you must bring it. Educate your incompetent employees. I'm so glad they waste food all over not bringing the physical card with me. This subway is a literal joke. Will never return.
