My only question/consciousness was that we had a big party, so we knew that the congratulations would be added to every bill, but usually it is actually on the bill when they give it to you, and it was not. She had to exchange our payment method and then select 20% on the machine. I asked the manager where the written policy was for it, and where did it say that it is now 20% and he said that it is exactly what it is, but it is not written down. I called the next day and left my name and number for a GM to call me. It's been almost a week.
Ultimate feast was on point.. best dinner I had all day hands down. Did a to go order they were very communicative and everything was done when they said it would be. Great staff and even better food!
Been coming to this location since High School. Never a long wait. The staff is very friendly and helping with what ever accommodations you seek. I ordered a Top-Shelf Long Island Iced Tea drink from the bar, and when it came the bar tender asked for me to taste it to see if I liked it. If I didnt, she would re-make the drink. That's what I call great customer service. Oh by the way, I ordered food as well for my family. Everything came out fast. Food was great. I made sure to tip generously.
My family and I had stopped coming to this location due to the horrible service we recieved in the past. We came back today in hopes that things had changed. Am I glad we did. Our server, Rick, was very attentive and delivered awesome customer service. He set the standards high for future servers. Thank you for making this resturaunt a fan favorite again.
My salad had a bug in it I requested to speak to the manager I wanted extra shrimp the manager told me that I could not get extra shrimp unless I paid for extra shrimp My server Jordan was excellent I want to say he was one of the best servers that I have encountered. Jordan understood what great customer service is He apologized many times and he made sure that I was satisfied with the service that I was receiving from him. Jordan deserves a raise and employee of the month whoever trained him in great customer service skills should be commended.. but that manager and her attitude toward me was awful.. wanting The customer to pay for their mistakes is outrageous... she was more concerned about making a profit for the shrimp than the bug in my food
