Cici's Pizza - Hampton

I'm not sure why everyone's experiences here are so different, but ours have consistently been positive. The staff has always been friendly and accommodating. I've noticed some complaints about limited menu options, but it seems like people might not realize they can request specific items that aren't on display. Regarding cleanliness, I haven't found it to be an issue; it is an older building, so it might not look brand new. We’ve occasionally encountered a lack of ice or utensils, but I think that’s largely due to supply chain disruptions from the pandemic. The unexpected closures also seem to stem from staffing shortages related to the pandemic. While I can't say for certain, we genuinely enjoy this place. We get to indulge in a lot of pizza, and the staff is always welcoming.

The service here is consistently excellent! There’s usually not a large crowd, which is perfect if you’re concerned about that. They’re willing to prepare anything fresh for you, even if it’s already available on the bar. It’s an awesome spot overall. Customer service gets an A from me!
