Bojangles - Hampstead

Never gone in but always fast service, never a big line, always the same people working, usually nice but I don't expect top tier customer service from any fast food chain employee, y'all really doing the Lord's work. Food is usually fresh, I'd say 4/5 it's so fresh if burns your tongue. Unfortunately that 1/5 chance can be close to inedible. But it's not the workers fault, just certain times a day it ain't gonna be fresh. Bacon egg and cheese biscuit is always a hit tho, the fries are hit or miss but usually bomb.

Went to this bojangles and the first thing we noticed was the sanitation rating of 84.5. Should have just left then. Anyways we order our food and as we are waiting we noticed a missing air vent above the food prep area and the area up there was very moldy. Weird. A few minutes later a worker brings out a dirty air vent, to place back above the food prep area, where yes our food is waiting. After our food being seasoned with dust and mold from the ceiling we sit down and try some of it. While we are sitting, looking back in the kitchen, man is still putting up the vent. We also notice the two drive through order takers blatantly vaping in between handing food out to the drive thru guests. There?s also this leak in the celling falling as I?m writing this. Disgusted isn?t even a strong enough word to use for how I feel. I do not recommend coming here until they get their stuff together.

First off the employee in the drive thru was EXTREMELY condescending and rude. I asked for an item from the menu that has apparently been discontinued,which has didn?t know, he acted like it never existed which added to my confusion. Then he offered me something completely different. And they messed that up too!! I asked for fresh food And he even refused to give that to me. He said ? our food is made fresh anyways? but when I got my food everything was cold. Worse experience I?ve ever had hands down. If I could do zero stars I would.

I went through drive-thru, this is the second time I've tried to order something and have been told I'll have to wait 20 minutes. The 1st time, they were out of biscuits. Seriously, BoJangles out of biscuits? Poor management. This time they didn't have any chicken breasts cooked. So, canceled my order and went somewhere else.

My sausage and egg was good. My husband will never order a chicken biscuit again. Both mornings his biscuit wasn't fit to eat.
