Texas Roadhouse - Hamilton

I'm feeling quite disappointed right now. I made a reservation for a party of 14 at Texas Roadhouse for a birthday dinner. We arrived at 5:30, and here we are, it's now 6:17, still waiting to be seated. This is unbelievable.

When it came time to pay, we gave the waitress $70, but she didn't return with our change. I had to approach her about it, and she assumed the money was meant as her tip. Given the poor service we received, we shouldn't have left a tip at all, let alone over $14. I gave a tip out of consideration, since the wait might not have been entirely her fault, but overall, I would not recommend the Texas Roadhouse in Hamilton, Ohio, and I definitely won’t be dining there again.

I always liked this place. Good food, good service and fair price. However, yesterday I completely lost my appetite while I was eating another male with a living reptile on my shoulder! I asked our waitress if this was allowed in her institution, but she had a restless answer.
