Panera Bread - Hamilton

The food quality at Panera has decreased over time, and prices have gone up. It now feels like we are paying too much for mediocre food, similar to hospital food. We spent $23.76 before tax on two Pick Two meals, which included half a sandwich, a bowl of soup, and a piece of bread. Disappointing, Panera. Not recommended.

Curb side ordering is incredibly slow. I was waiting in the pick up spot for a half hour when I finally just went through the drive through and it had been ready for who knows how long just sitting there. If I hadn?t gone through the drive through Ihonestly don?t know how long I would be waiting for my food.

I used to enjoy Panera Bread, but not anymore. My wife was feeling unwell, so I decided to get her a bowl of chicken soup. Unfortunately, it was extremely bad - I had to pour it down the drain. It seemed like they added an excessive amount of salt to mask the unpleasant ingredients they now use in the soup.

I am beginning to believe that this particular Panera Bread location is either not paying attention to their customers' orders, or simply not taking them seriously. Every time I visit this restaurant, I find that my requests are not properly fulfilled - items are missing from my order, drinks are forgotten, and on occasion, the staff seem uninterested in providing good service. I have consistently had negative experiences at this location, and it is disappointing. When you are spending your hard-earned money at Panera, you expect your order to be made correctly and according to your preferences. The sandwiches should not be dry, the soups should not be lukewarm, and the mac and cheese should not be cold. In short, this location needs to improve their attention to detail and customer service.

Way overpriced with little flavor. My husband didn 't tell me this until we got home because he didn 't want me to cause a scene. I purchased a scone to take home. My husband heard the guy making out food ask for the scone from the woman who took our order.He said something else My husband couldn 't hear and she replied it just adds more flavor . Did she drop the scone or dosomething else to it and give it to me? I will never eat at that Panera again.
