This ice cream shop is quite popular and serves Perry's ice cream, which is delicious and reasonably priced. I stayed here as a Harvest Host member in my truck camper. They close at 9 PM, so a larger vehicle can fit overnight, but not while they're open. We waited in a parking lot across from Amsdell until they closed, then moved to park safely for the night. I called ahead, and the owner was very friendly.
Great place for ice cream treats and one of the few with gluten free cones.
Great spot! I really enjoyed the large trees with picnic tables set right underneath them. The service was quick, and we were pleased with our sundaes.
The ice cream is very good at this popular location. My only complaint is that the outdoor picnic benches look so dirty/gross. I hesitate to sit on them because I'm always afraid my clothes will be dirty or stained. They really need to do a better job ofmaintenance on these.
