I am very disappointed with your restaurant. You don’t provide an ingredient list for your dishes, which is a serious oversight, especially considering there were nuts in your granola. Typically, nuts are not an expected ingredient in granola. This lapse nearly put my niece, who has a peanut allergy, in a dangerous situation. The only resolution you offered was a refund for the food that put her at risk, but only if we had the receipt. What about the hospital bills? What about the cost of the prescription? Or the lost workdays for both my niece and her mother? Frankly, I’m not interested in your $5 refund. I will be sure to let everyone I know avoid your restaurant and any of your other locations!

Great staff and delicious food! I had breakfast there, and the experience was wonderful. The price per person was around $10–20. I would rate the food a 5 out of 5, the service a 5 out of 5, and the atmosphere also a perfect 5. I highly recommend trying the Pizza Bagel!

I've visited this restaurant twice this month, and both times I've experienced issues. The first visit was just a poorly tasting drink—no big deal; those things happen. However, the second visit was much worse. I ordered my drink and sat waiting as numerous customers who arrived after me received their drinks. When I finally inquired about my order, the young lady casually told me, “I didn’t get that ticket.” She offered no apology or acknowledgment that she would make my drink right away. Instead, she proceeded to prepare drinks for others who had ordered 15 minutes after me! To top it off, she had the audacity to ask the cashier whether I had ordered my drink at all. This is precisely why I won’t be tipping in advance anymore; I certainly won’t make that mistake again. The new staff here are just unacceptable.
