Schlotzsky's - Haltom City

Oh, the smoky sandwich! It’s my go-to every time I visit Schlotzky’s. This time, I opted for the roast beef (though I’ve tried the chicken before, and it’s just as delicious!). My daughter and I noticed that the dining area is now open, so we decided to park and order inside for a change. The person taking orders was exceptionally polite and always had a smile on his face. The cook who prepared our sandwiches did a fantastic job as well. To top it off, my favorite radio station (Air1!!!) was playing in the background, which made it even more enjoyable as I sang along to my favorite songs while placing our order. We were very happy with everything!

The customer service was exceptional and the music selection was fantastic. It truly feels like a place where you can visit and be recognized or receive excellent treatment, even if you're a new face.

This is a fantastic spot for a quick lunch. It has been around for many years and consistently stands out as one of the best. I've visited numerous locations, but this one remains the most reliable. It’s always clean, the staff is friendly, the service is efficient, and they maintain good inventory. A key factor in this success is Steve, the manager. He has been there for years, and while I'm not sure if he owns the place or just manages it, it’s clear that he genuinely cares about its success. - Rick Elder

This location is great! Very fast compared to other Schlotzsky locations. The staff was always friendly. The food here is very delicious. The desserts are good. Worth a stop!

As far as Schlotzsky's go, this one actually seems to care about the food they put out. I've had a couple of errors (to be expected from time to time) but for the most part the food comes together better than some locations I've been to. Big fan of the Wednesday BOGO pizzas, go every week pretty much.
