Room was a little dated. not as shown but ok for price . bed was comfortable. the prospects and the animal world were breathtaking. dinner was a joy. will definitely be back.

Wonderful restaurant. Erin is amazing in the kitchen and brad was a fabulous host who made sure we enjoyed our meal! he was unanimous and funny! would recommend the views restaurant?

In any case recommend! we were for the weekend and had an amazing time! our rooms were clean, and eating in the restaurant was amazing, loved our talks with the owner will definitely be back and would recommend the people

Disgusting and disgraceful! Filthy, disgusting and dusty room and bathroom. Thick layer of dust sitting on every surface. Animal hair can be found on carpet and clearly the carpet was not vacuumed. TV remote control got stains all over and sticky to touch. Mould on tile grout in shower, exhaust fan covered by thick layer of dust. Out of part of the stainless steel bin covered by grime. Dated room and bathroom. Advertised room with mountain view but no view from room. Provided feedback to manager owner who remained silent with no apology and simply claimed the room was cleaned daily. Extremely poor cleaning standards. Clearly COVID-safe cleaning practise is NOT in place. Extremely disgraceful. Will NEVER come back and would NEVER recommend this filthy place to anyone. Note: We even cancelled the on-site restaurant booking as we can't trust their restaurant's hygiene standards. Wifi is extremely slow !

We had dinner tonight at “The Views” and the only thing good about it was the view and music being played. When finally served after sitting waiting for at least 10 mins for a menu, We ordered drinks. When my drink arrived the glass appeared to have a lipstick mark on it so asked for a fresh glass and when I received my fresh drink it tasted like straight raspberry instead of raspberry and vodka. $8 soft drink. Then when our meals were bought out, my partners meal came out 10 mins before mine. My meal finally come out and I moved a potato to cut it and there was a hair in my dinner. So naturally I let the waiter know. He took the plate without a word and disappeared to the kitchen. 5 mins later came to ask if I would like a fresh pork belly cooked. During this time my partner had finished his meal which was a very average parmi. Finally my fresh meal was bought out and upon trying to eat my veggies discover spaghetti in my veggies. The pork belly was over cooked and dry. We were asked if we’d like dessert and decided to share a chocolate cake. The order was taking to the kitchen where the waiter (who seemed to be in charge) called out “Miss Picky wants a chocolate cake!” I am absolutely disgusted at not only the poor service but the hygiene standards that I had concerns about see me as being picky and to then insult me and think that I didn’t hear it is appalling. I do not recommend this place at all and advise everyone who likes to be treated with dignity and respect not to go here. If only we could get a refund but it would not make up for the undeserved insults. *Food handlers hygiene cross contamination and not to mention a global pandemic to provide i sufficiently cleaned glassware!!
