Stone Wall Tavern - Halfway

I waited 15 minutes for a table, even though the restaurant was half empty. Several other patrons in the waiting area left in frustration. The Maitre d' informed us that there was a problem in the kitchen and that service would be slow. We decided to take a chance, which turned out to be a big mistake. After a 25-minute wait, my soup was cold, the wrong salad was served, and my pasta dish was smaller than a half portion. To make matters worse, the women's restroom was unusable because there was no toilet paper available. While the staff was friendly and polite, their efforts couldn't compensate for the poor management. This is just a summary of our experience, and I’ll let readers draw their own conclusions.
