Sonny's Bbq - Haines City

It wasn't too bad, especially since I haven't visited in several years.

This is the best BBQ I've ever experienced! The beef ribs were incredibly juicy and practically fell off the bone. The smoked wings paired with Alabama wing sauce were absolutely delicious. Everything was tasty, including the homemade lemonade. And don't get me started on the sweet potatoes with cinnamon and sugar—so delicious! Yum!

Great waitress. They no longer have corn on cob. Just canned corn yuck

We’ve been dining at Sonny's in Haines City for several years, but we hadn’t been back in a while. Today, we met some friends and it was just as good as we remembered—maybe even better! We were a party of nine around noon on a Saturday. We were seated quickly, and the service was very good. My dry ribs were excellent, though I noticed they weren’t quite as satisfying as usual. I'm not sure what might have caused the difference.

However, on January 26, 2022, I received a call from the General Manager. He listened to my concerns and made a real effort to ensure my satisfaction as a customer. Because of this excellent customer service, I am giving a 5-star review. Thank you for making such a positive difference!
