Chick-fil-a - Haines City

Not sure what is going on at this chickfila, the last 2x I have gone, service has been extremely slow, curbside pickup is not being done, fries were undercooked and soggy and when I took order home I realize some stuff was missing. I hope they can correct these things soon.

Good food but slow service aced we saw no smiles which was very odd. Our Chick -fil-a in KY are always fast with double lanes and always smiling and kind.

I really want this place to be my favorite but the French fries ruin it for me. They are always under cooked. They are always raw. Waffle fries need a few more minutes or put less in a basket when frying. Also I didn?t realize that I needed to request myreceipt every time. You can?t upload them to the app if you don?t have them. I do want to say that everyone there is veryfriendly.

For some reason the board pickup was not available this morning. We decided to pick up at the restaurant. I waited for my food for about 10 minutes. It was a great order, so I think the waiting time was appropriate. Great friendly staff. The bathrooms were clean.

Since I arrived I have not stopped admiring Mrs. Katty, she is kind, very attentive and with a great will to do her best in her job. Thank you Mrs. Katty, you are a person worthy of admiration. her personality is amazing
