Egg City Diner - Haines City

We are just full and happy, their parts are more than enough for everyone and everyone. our food came hot and the service was great. from the time we went, we were greeted and smiled. it was great.

This rating is due to the level of customer service we received total. We were greeted by a friendly host. We sat for our while and the host notice we had not been seen by a waiter. The waiter finally asked us for our drinks and food orders It was 45 minutes later and our food still had not come out but I’m okay with that as they may have been short staffed. What I’m not okay with is that our waiter did not even acknowledge us once. She passed us several times and didn’t even smile nor tell us the status of our meals. We attempted to tell the manager but he didn’t care nor apologize. So we left.

I know that the job is just hard, but the greeting/hoss was terrible! do not let them be frightened because the rest of the staff really worked hard! the eier.
