We go to this Arbys weekly and last time was on Saturday July 15. We had to leave without our food because we ordered and when we got to the window we were told that they had just changed the registers and didn't have change for a $50 bill. Our order total was almost $20 so I don't understand how come they didn't have around $30 in a register that they had just changed? We had to leave! Apparently the manager didn't know how to deal with this situation!
I ordered a 9 piece boneless wings and received a box of crumbs, it was absolutely insulting. Pieces the size of my thumb nail, I am disgusted ?
Well so much for that fish and chips it didn't work out like that spent $22 on a 3-piece fish and a five-piece and it was a worst tasting greasiest nastiest thing ever.. I'm sure they must have ran out of the fish that you see on TV and ran to the store because this was not it not like TV and it didn't even have no tartar sauce really that's only mayonnaise and relish or pickles ..
Firstly I'd like to say the food here is great compared to other fast food joints. I am from the UK and have never heard of Arby's so I took my family here for lunch, instead of going to Wendy's.Atmosphere wise, we got a lot of stares at this branch from customers, as we stood out... I think they have never seen Indians ?? before (with English accent), or don't like us in this area.We didn't get a good vibe from the guy who took our order, who was more friendly with other customers after us.We needed a take home bag, so I went to the counter to ask for one. The guy knew I was there but he took his time with other jobs and then walked to the back. I had to ask a lady for a paper bag, who at first was unfriendly, until I complimented her and their food then a smile appeared.Bottom line, if you are like us ??, then you need to make the workers here feel supreme to get some good service.
