Plantain porridge was terrible, too sweet, watery with an overpowering taste of cinnamon and other spices. It also tasted like it was just plain watered down cornmeal porridge with no trace of plantain.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. I bought the curried goat and rice peas with steamed cabbage. I asked them not to put the gravy on the rice and they did exactly as I asked. The rice and steamed cabbage was perfectly cooked. The meat on the other hand was loaded with salt. The taste was good but it was incredible due to the high sodium content. There was more gravy than meat. I think the potential for a very good restaurant. They just need to be easy with the salt. I will definitely try another meal from there with the hopes that I can enjoy it. I rate them 3.5 at this time.

Been coming here for years and tbh the quality has went down and they want to charge you for every little thing like sauce on your rice and if you want the jerk sauce for the jerk chicken.. they charging for that too LOL . I ordered take out and they didn’t even put utencils… i called back told them i have no utencils to eat with and they said i didn’t ask for it ?? Since when do i have to ask for utencils if im ordering take out?? You should put utensils in every take out bag if they ask for it or not. That just sounds like greed and being cheap to me if you can’t even do that. I wouldn’t be writing this if they didn’t have an attitude when i called back about it. Overpriced. Food is okay. They never put plaintains in your food anymore cus thats extra charge as well. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

We ordered jerk chicken and white rice with oxtail gravy. Jerk lacked flavor and needed more cooking time oxtail gravy ok overall this food did not give authentic Caribbean flavor at all sorry service good exchanged food for beef patties which were just ok prices fair place clean

Ordered off of Uber eats this food was old and hard. 12:30 in the afternoon. Ordered oxtails rice and peas, steamed vegetables for $20 and received 4 pieces of oxtails, hard rice and peas. Utterly disappointed. No forks or napkins. Terrible never again.
