You have fantastic Mexican-style food! I tried the Mexican breakfast plate, and it was delicious. The pancakes were great as well. I sampled my husband's dish, and it was just as tasty. If you're driving along I-70, I highly recommend stopping by!

Incredible food! I broke down and found myself in their parking lot—it felt like fate! This is the best Mexican food I’ve ever had! I’ve traveled all over the United States and lived in Colorado, Nevada, and California, so for me to say they’re number one is a big deal. My previous favorite, now in second place, was also in Colorado, but there's no comparison. The food is fresh, delicious, and truly authentic. Skipping this place while traveling on I-70 would be doing yourself a disservice. I ended up staying there for four days until I could leave, and the restaurant is clean with incredibly friendly staff. I’m a lifelong customer now. Anyone who has written a negative review about this place really needs to reevaluate their mindset!

This is one of the best breakfasts I've ever had! As a truck driver, I travel across the country and often stop for breakfast along the way. I spotted Gypsum Grill from the highway and noticed they have ample parking for large trucks, which is a huge plus. The steak and eggs were fantastic, and both the food and coffee were top-notch. The service was excellent as well. I'll definitely be returning!

For almost fifteen years. I love her steak burrito. But every time I came by, they were always closed. Be nice to know their hours, sure, cuz I was always a consistent customer who always ordered the same.
