Wendy's - Gurnee

Anyone who monitors or manages in the morning is really great. He takes the time to be friendly even if I have my order one minute after opening, and he always packs the food thoughtful and tidy. Customer service is top notch in the AM and is worth a visit if you want Wendy’s.

None of the workers' names, but incredibly sweet staff. Super helpful when ordering. Bonus points for the fresh Pommes. I know the times are hard with personnel and increasing requirements, so keep the big work.

One of the best fast food joints in the green area. The staff is friendly and the area is well maintained. The orders are accurate and accurate. The one question I have is that there is no trace, possibly due to the pandemic and lack of personnel.

Andy's a great GM. He always greets me and is very charismatic! He ensures that I always get hot pommes and my order is done right away so I can get back to work! Love this place, thank you Andy!

I stopped for lunch yesterday they gave me the wrong sandwich. I called spoke to the manager Lora she was great fixed the issue. She stopped under staff to accommodate me in the middle of lunch rush. Lora went above and beyond Wendy's is lucky to have her.
