Subway - Gurnee

I have ordered from this restaurant several times in the past six months. The sandwiches are always good and the portions are fair. I agree with another reviewer who mentioned that the establishment is always clean. Thank you for providing a positive experience.

I have visited this restaurant more than twice and overall, the customer service is good. The ingredients seem fresh and their sandwiches are tasty. I appreciate being able to customize my sandwiches to my liking. However, during my most recent visit, I was overcharged. While it was likely a mistake, I would advise being cautious. I also found it annoying to have to request extra ingredients, as sometimes they do not put enough. For example, yesterday I only had 3 cucumbers in my sandwich, which was inadequate and I had to ask for more. Despite these issues, I find this place to be satisfactory.

It is difficult to find a place as clean as this where the staff genuinely enjoy their work. The people here are super friendly and made my sandwich exactly how I asked for it without any attitude. Thank you so much. I highly recommend this place and would give it a 10-star review if I could.

Employees groaned as we walked in at 8:30 and said they weren’t going to make any more sandwiches.
