Rosati's Pizza - Gurnee

I wish i could give this place a negative star! called for delivery was told it would be an hour Fine. less driving for me... 30 minutes after it was supposed to arrive I called to find out where my pizza delivery was ? I was told they didn 't have a driver asked why the didn 't tell me that sooner dead silence sent my daughter to pick up the pizza bad idea She was VERY angry when she got there .. the cashier called her a CRACK WHORE I tried to have a reasonable conversation with the owner...NEVER GOING BACK! cold NASTY PIZZA terrible behavior by so called owner and staff!!

The food is excellent, but it cost too much for delivery but I love Rosati's pizza. I did not know they delivered here.

10/14/2023, No working ice in pop machine, no orange pop, no stary pop. Womens bathroom door lock in bad shape, locked my 9 year old in bathroom, when told staff, they didnt care enough to even walk over there and look.

I must say these guys were such a delightful surprise! It came when promised and it came hot! I was surprised just how delicious it was I had Greek salad and stuffed shells and I wanna marry the cook t The delivery driver was just so sweet and called to make sure of my location Thank you for such a nice meal!!

This place needs to remove the franchise name. Caesar salad: regular head lettuce not romaine, cheap sprinkle parm cheese like Kraft instead of fresh shredded parm, and dressing that tastes like it came from Wish bone. And don't order a philly cheese sandwich. You'll get enough peppers and onions to choke a horse but only enough meat to fill 1/3 of the roll once you remove the excess garbage.
