Przekaż informację zwrotnąI was upgraded to a suite due to my status as an IHG platinum member, but the room was outdated. The carpet had an unpleasant odor and clearly needed a good cleaning. Although the beds were small, they were comfortable. At over $213.74 for the first night, I found the price too steep for what I received. There was also no complimentary breakfast included. I originally intended to stay for four nights but decided to cancel after my first night. It’s now been four days, and I’m still waiting to hear back from the manager.
Upon check-in, the first room I received had a strong musty smell and the odor of cigarette smoke. I asked to be moved, and the staff accommodated my request. However, when I returned to the new room just past midnight, the toilet was not functioning and the smell was unpleasant, with the overall cleanliness being unsatisfactory. I also requested bedroom slippers, only to be informed that they were unavailable. After being relocated to yet another room, the odor was somewhat better, but it was still present. Additionally, no water was provided in the room. The hallways and rooms featured dirty carpets and stained sofa seats, while dust covered the fridge and microwave. The staff at the front desk did their best to assist, but it seemed they had limited options to offer. Overall, I felt there was no value for my money, and I would not recommend this place. It makes me wonder, is this really a Holiday Inn?
I visited my son at the Naval Base and stayed at this hotel. The room was affordable, clean, and ready when we arrived. While our room wasn't cleaned daily, any requests we made for items like towels and shampoo were promptly fulfilled. I found the hotel to be very clean and in a convenient location. There was no complimentary breakfast, but they didn’t advertise one, and room service was adequate. Fortunately, there are plenty of great pancake houses and breakfast cafes nearby, so the Keurig in the room was perfect for starting the day.
I’m visiting this location from Michigan, during a trip to Six Flags. When I arrived, my room was ready, clean and inviting. The pool was refreshing and when my group and I noticed the happy hour food special, we chose to dine at the hotel rather than leaving and seeking out fast food. Brett was faced with a high volume of guests with regard to my group, but he kept his poise and professionalism throughout. His customer service was stellar and his personality was a refreshing parallel. I could not be more pleased with my experience! I hope to cross paths with him and the rest of the staff again someday.
Nothing too impressive. It wasn't bad but not great. The breakfast buffet should have been free in my opinion. I've stayed at several hotels with better buffets that were included. Disappointed to find the hot tub has been covered with plywood in the pool area... but the pool was warm and clean. Their website said kids eat free, and the person at the front desk had no idea what I was talking about when I asked, so we decided to eat elsewhere. Also I'm not sure if it was just because I booked at the last minute or it was because of the weekend we came, but the room was extremely over priced. I expected more for what I paid. Overall, it was OK but it could have been better.
