Cold Stone Creamery - Gurnee

I absolutely adore the Gurnee location! The incredibly friendly staff members have been there for quite some time, which indicates low turnover rates. The atmosphere is welcoming and the staff is knowledgeable about their products. The restaurant is clean and offers a wide variety of delicious options. I highly recommend giving this place a try if you haven't already!

I recently had the best ice cream in a long time at this restaurant. They had a great variety of flavors, toppings, and more.

My order was messed up twice and when I pointed it out to a Hispanic-looking girl, she was very rude about it. Unfortunately, none of the employees had name tags so I couldn't get her name.

Boo batter is very sweet, but a cool halloween tasty bites! the dark chocolate at this place is the best and I add to it. super clean, friendly staff, great ice.
